Your Educator

An award-winning educator and internationally recognized leader in the pre and post natal realm. Brooke has trained hundreds of women through their single, twin, & quad pregnancies, postpartum, and lifelong athletic journeys.

As a mother of three and a lifelong athlete, Brooke has lived experience, having navigated pregnancies and postpartum to returning to high performance as a State Champ in Masters Athletics - by following the exact principles she teaches in my Functional Fitness for Pregnancy and PostPartum™.

An industry leader, collaborating with some of the fitness industry’s greats, her goal is to ensure all women and exercise professionals working with women feel empowered and strong through every season.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! This course is recognised AUSactive for 13 CECs, NZ Reps for 11 CPDs, the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for 1.3 CECs, and Canadian Fitness Professionals, canfitpro for 4 CECs.

    You will receive your post course assessment and digital certification upon successful completion of the course, in addition to a digital badge identifying you as a Pregnancy and Postpartum CERTIFIED Trainer that you can use in your own marketing, social media, CV and more!

  • Functional Fitness for Pregnancy and PostPartum - Virtual has the same content as the in-person course with the exception that it's delivered LIVE via Zoom.

    You must attend every session live, as you would the face to face course. Course start times vary depending on the course dates and scheduled time zones (yes - these can be delivered to anyone, anywhere!) but all times are listed in AWST (Perth WA time).

    Online LIVE virtual trainings are in two or three day formats. Featuring consecutive training days with a total course duration of 14 hours spread across the training days. Please check your Course Information Pack for your course start times (all are listed in AWST).

    For the virtual training you will need:

    • Computer with access to wifi

    • Zoom app/browser and logins

    You will receive the meeting details from me prior to the training.

  • This course is fantastic for anyone wanting to expand their knowledge in working with pregnant and post partum women. From personal trainers, CrossFit and strength and conditioning coaches, yoga, pilates and group fitness instructors, to graduate physiotherapists and midwives - all are welcome to join! Whether you have been in the industry for years, recently completed your certificate III & IV in fitness, CF Level 1, Strength & Conditioning Level 1 or are still on your way to achieving these. If you know that you want to work with women during pregnancy & motherhood, this is THE course for you!

    In order to attain CEC or CPD points with any of the industry organisations you will first need to be a registered exercise professional with the relevant body.

  • Upon receiving payment confirmation and your completed enrolment form, you will receive an email that will contain further details on the course, logistics, zoom details (if virtual) and other important information such as how to access the online Facebook FitPro group.

  • You won’t! (No one has even come close). I like to think of the ‘assessment’ as a recount of what you have learnt. You have seven days post course to complete the open book, online questions, consisting of multiple choice and short answers. Everything in the assessment is covered in the course so there are no surprises. You will do great!

  • This course is for ANY fitness professional or coach that works with pre or post natal women. It is highly recommended that any trainer, male or female, who works with women that are pregnant or mothers attends this course.

  • If you are doing the Face to Face course, you will receive your manual and other material on the first day of the training.  If you are doing the Virtual course your manual will be sent out to the postal address listed on your enrolment form.

  • This course is predominantly theory with practical elements throughout. Participation in these practical elements are encouraged but optional.

  • Please refer to full the terms and conditions which can be found in the Course Information Pack.

  • This course combines many different teaching techniques to accommodate for the various learning styles. It is highly interactive and engaging. Please reach out to me to discuss your requirements and how I can aim to tailor the learning experience for you.
